Lessons learnt committee report

Sri Lankan war against the world's most dangerous terrorist outfit LTTE was ended at a high cost.

Some dirty fractions in the local and international community were so upset on closing up their lucrative earnings. But Sri Lanka did not bow down to dirty fractions. We were genuine and have done the best. We can correct if there is any wrong thing happened.

Lesson learnt and reconciliation committee was appointed on this regards and the relevant report has been published. You can direct download and read that here

Dirty Fractions who loved war

Still We have a lot of things to do. But some people needed war for their survival. For instance,

01.LTTE fund raisers who are living luxurious lives at the cost of war, civilian casualties, ethnic unrest, underdevelopment and many bad things in Sri Lanka. They earned lot of funds from Tamil diaspora. Some millions of dollars a day was a real business for them. They use these funds now against Sri Lanka.

02. LTTE donors in developed (economically) countries with war refugee visas

03. INGOs and NGOs who fueled war for their longer luxurious stays (plus some media people)

you donors MUST question these organisations for what they have done for thirty years in war trodden areas. "Save the Children" "Red Cross" "UN" and many more did nothing but fueling the terrorists.

04. politicians both Sinhala Tamil muslims and some Indian political jokers (plus high level Indian/Singaporean/Norway/EU/Aus/Canada politicians) In the region, mostly for votes and others for long term business and world power gains

Misguided

UN should help to

  • Terrorists
  • Innocent people
  • legitimate government

Misguided or loved war?

Some fractions did help LTTE terrorism a lot

When Sri Lankan security forces rescued 300000 (three hundred thousand people) from the clutches of LTTE terrorists, BBC telecast only 3000 (three thousand only) were rescued.

When it was calculated to have killed 4000 people at the last stage of war, BBC said it was 40000 (Forty Thousand).

Channel Four telecast its "findings" (being in UK) of war crimes of Sri Lanka with a highly paid documentary (counter video is here )

UK foreign affairs minister worries he lose many votes from LTTE sympathizers (Canada Australia and Norway the same)

Norway Oil expert visits Sri Lanka as a peace mediator and discuss peace (or study on oil resources in Sri Lanka)

When a terrorist leader( of FBI list of most dangerous terrorist group) was shot dead, UN General Secretory expresses condolences (Did it happen when Osama was killed?)

When a bomb blast in LTTE held areas, UN calls and questions Sri Lankan government with numbers of killed people (due to direct call from LTTE 's propaganda). When a bomb blast in Colombo airport UN says Sri Lanka was not safe.

There are many things to write like this. Is it useful?

Invaluable benefits of ended war

Ended war had huge benefits invaluable

01. Freedom of death threat (we always thought there would be a bomb blast at any minute where ever we were). Now we never think of this matter. We are assured that war ended and we are safe. Tamils in terrorist held areas were too under the threat of bombs by army. LTTE systematically invited bombs into civilian areas so that they can market such incident very well in the world market (war and peace market)

02. War destroyed 30 years of Sri Lanka's economy and all others. If war did not end at any cost, the destruction will be immense and we can't measure it. We are in many sciences, about twenty years back from the world.

03. Sri Lanka is recognized again as a safe place in the world. Thereby a better tourist destination, no embargoes, no surcharges and many more.

04. Within one year, we were leveled at middle income country from low income country

05. Investors are flowing in. There will be many things than most popular "Ceylon Tea, Ceylon Cinnamon etc" in the world market soon

Thanks for sharing! That's one of the many great things about hubpages, the opportunity to get perspective directly from those who are actually there, unfiltered by the global news corporations.
